Europe 20 years later, what other walls affect mankind?

the Center of Contemporary Culture of Barcelona is celebrating the fall of the Berlin Wall with activities surrounding the anniversary. Also in Cafébabel.com. Among them, they are going to hold a debate entitled "1989. Europe, twenty years after the fall of the Wall" which seeks to answer two questions:
- How did the fall of the Berlin Wall change the world?
- 20 years later, what other walls affect mankind?
These same two questions you can find in the forum of “Cafébabel Sevilla" in Facebook. Just hours before the 9th of November (day of the fall in 1989) we are going to write a text with reflections and publish it on this blog. If anyone no has Facebok, can send the comments to this sevilla@cafebabel.com :)
